Right click on the following link and choose “Save link as”: Download a Word doc of the Application for Admittance. Follow the directions below to get it back to us.
Once your Application is approved you will be instructed to do an online Background Check. To do that you go to Certified Background here and put in package code “NR38” to get started. Don’t start this process until you are asked to however.
